Anti Wear Fire Resistance Water Glycol Hydraulic Fluid
Description
A non-flammable type hydraulic fluid formulated with water, glycol and various additives like anti-rust, anti-foaming, anti-wear agents.
Application
Recommended for use in hydraulic equipment and systems where there is potential fire hazard. Widely used in die-casting machines, various types of furnaces, hot rolling mills, glass moulding machines and welding equipment.
Characteristics
1. Non Flammability – Reduces danger of oil-related fire hazard.
2. High Viscosity Index – Able to maintain minimum viscosity changes over a wide temperature range.
3. Good Anti-Wear Properties – Reduces pump wear of hydraulic system.
4. Very Low Pour Point – Able to be used under low temperature conditions.
5. Good Rust Preventive And Long Service Life.
* Note
– Can be used with normal oil-proof packing and gasket except cork and leather type packings
– To maintain optimum performance, keep temperature of fluid under 50oC
– Make up to original viscosity with pure/distilled water when viscosity increased due to evaporation
